The ETF business is a global JPMAM business that was formed in 2015. The U.S. Institutional ETF business sits within the North America Institutional Sales team and is responsible for leading ETF sales activities to Institutional investors in the US and Canada including DB plans, Endowments, Foundations, Healthcare Companies, Insurance Companies, Asset Managers, and Hedge Funds.
As an Internal Sales Associate within the Institutional ETF Team, you will be reporting directly to the Head Of Institutional ETFs. Your role will involve providing sales support to the Institutional ETF Client Advisors and their respective clients. This includes the responsibility of educating JP Morgan Internal Sales Associates and end clients about the developments in the ETF industry, landscape, and use cases across various asset classes, including capital markets and trading considerations. Collaborating with both internal and external partners, you will engage new and existing clients and seize ETF sales opportunities.

Job Responsibilities
- Identify and profile institutional ETF opportunities through data/holdings analysis, research, calling efforts and email campaigns
- Cultivate and manage client relationships by responding to client inquires, providing ongoing communication with clients/prospects, and managing the client/prospects through the sales cycle
- Facilitate product presentations to prospective and existing clients via telephone, virtual meetings and partner events
- Manage playbooks and client lists per institutional channel, keeping the competitive landscape and market themes top of mind
- Coordinate with product, marketing, compliance, and legal teams as necessary to support sales efforts
- Support Institutional Client Advisors in the field, partnering on the development and execution of their sales plans
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Proven results and demonstrated sustainable achievement in a competitive environment
- Ability to learn and demonstrate industry and product knowledge by understanding the competition, the client, and marketplace
- Capacity to build relationships across the entire organization and with our partner firms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum 3 years financial services experience
- Undergraduate degree
- Licenses: Series 7 & 63
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Direct ETF sales experience
- CFA, or progress towards preferred
