Role Summary
As an Infrastructure and Sustainability Investor Relations Associate within the Infrastructure Investments Group at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, you will collaborate closely with the Investor Relations Executive Director and the broader team to devise and implement long-term strategies for the Group. Your responsibilities will include crafting presentations, responding to RFPs, aiding in report generation, conducting market trend analysis, and supporting all aspects of fundraising activities. This role requires a strong dedication to maintaining the highest levels of integrity and ethics, outstanding communication abilities, and a passion for promoting a cooperative, team-focused environment.

Job Responsibilities
The Investor Relations Associate will work closely with the Investor Relations Executive Director and the broader team to effect long-term strategies for the Group, which includes:
- Produce presentations, marketing materials and slides for investors
- Complete RFPs, DDQs and ad hoc investor requests, specifically with a focus on sustainability, climate and energy transition analysis
- Support team in creating and reviewing quarterly and annual reports and webcast materials
- Support all aspects of annual Investor Committee Meeting, including event management, agenda preparation, materials, investor communication, website creation, expenses, coordination with all stakeholders and post-meeting follow-ups
- Support aspects of Sustainability Reporting including ESG metrics, scorecard, carbon emissions analysis and case studies
- Conduct research on market and investor trends and trends specific to infrastructure (energy transition, climate disclosure, etc)
- Work together with portfolio companies on sustainability initiatives, GRESB assessment preparation and review, and ESG cohort management
- Respond to investor requests and support presentations to investors/prospects
- Support all aspects of fundraising activities
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- 4+ years of relevant experience in investor relations or private equity
- Working proficiency in all MS office and strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Knowledge or background of ESG, climate disclosure and sustainability frameworks
- Commitment to the highest standards of integrity and ethics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Desire to work in a collaborative and team-oriented environment
