In a role as a Vice President role in the Asset Management, Fee Strategies and Processes team at J.P. Morgan you will be involved in developing and enhancing fee strategies, structures, and processes, partnering with various teams to execute fee initiatives, evaluating current fee processes, defining pricing strategies, and providing training. You will have a chance to contribute to global consistency and regional involvement.

Job responsibilities

  • Evaluate current fee processes, identify gaps and opportunities, and propose solutions
  • Define and coordinate pricing strategies
  • Create client-specific relationship pricing proposals and facilitate the proposal review and agreement process
  • Coordinate with global stakeholders to ensure regional involvement and global consistency
  • Provide targeted training to teams across the AM organization
  • Report on pricing metrics to key stakeholders
  • Manage meetings, track open items and ensure follow ups

  • Strong risk and control mindset
  • Detail-orientation along with exceptional organizational skills
  • Knowledge of fee structures and investments offerings
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
