As an Analytics Solutions Senior Associate within the Reporting and Analytics team, you will spearhead the strategy and execution of business reporting and analytics. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with senior leaders to promote the business analysis agenda, with a particular emphasis on delivering insights and strategic initiatives. You will manage a high-volume reporting workload and foster robust partnerships with IT and data management teams.
Job Responsibilities:
- Define, monitor, and report key management metrics around the health of an operations program.
- Manage a high-volume and high-complexity reporting and analytics book of work with rigorous project management discipline.
- Partner with senior leaders to advance the business analysis and reporting agenda, focusing on operational efficiency, cost modeling, and quality enhancements.
- Define, design, and drive high-priority strategic initiatives with senior-level visibility.
- Develop a deep understanding of systems and processes to extract insights and recommend IT enhancements.
- Develop strong partnerships with IT application owners and data management teams to align on continual improvement.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
- 5 years of experience in Analytics, MIS, Operations Research, or Management Consulting roles with a focus on Financial Services.
- Ability to serve as a strategic business consultant with proven ability to manage high-profile data insights and reporting initiatives.
- Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge and experience with various analytical and statistical methodologies.
- Excellent communication and global client partnership ability.
- Competent in using data technology to solve complex business problems, with expertise in Business Intelligence toolsets and database platforms (e.g., QlikSense, Tableau, Business Objects, Python, R, SQL/Oracle/Teradata, Alteryx).
Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
- Experience in Big Data platforms and technologies (Hadoop, Hive, Pig, Spark).
- Experience supporting banking operations.
- BA/BS in a quantitative field; advanced study a plus.
