Welcome to the JPMorganChase CAO Chief Data Office team - how would you like to contribute to our team's mission of helping our organization manage our data assets, and find the best solutions to surface insights from our data in an effort to drive new business insights, enhance analytics and streamline reporting?

As an Analytics Solutions Manager in our CAO Chief Data Office team, you will play a key role in understanding and managing changes in our Corporate Third Party Oversight (CTPO) and Inter-Affiliate Oversight (IAO) programs. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that our reporting requirements are met and that our solutions are efficient and effective. This role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to our Oversight Transformation Program (OTP) and to enhance our reporting capabilities.

Job responsibilities

  • Participate in meetings and workshops associated with OTP, including those related to technology solutions impacting reports and to the migration of data from legacy systems into the new platform
  • Engage with other members of the CDAO team to learn aspects of existing ecosystem and how proposed changes will impact existing reports and downstream extracts
  • Identify key downstream stakeholders and, with CTPO and IAO teams taking the lead, engage in discussions of OTP and its impact on output these stakeholders currently receive
  • Partner with CDAO Reporting Technology support in plans to address needed reporting changes and the timing and dependencies with which those changes will be implemented
  • Detail required reporting changes, and work to develop timeline for those changes to be coded, tested and implemented in conjunction with timelines associated with OTP
  • Participate as time allows on other strategic CDAO projects, including but not limited to efforts to move Oracle database to the cloud and urgent regulatory demand

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business
  • 7+ years professional experience; 2+ years of business intelligence or other similar experience
  • Ability to identify opportunities and solve problems using available data, including making recommendations on what the right data is to utilize in these solutions
  • Ability to communicate with all staff levels within and outside of own team in both oral and written settings
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams and pivot seamlessly from one priority to another with minimal lead time
  • Must be results-driven, detail-oriented and precise, especially when delivering output to regulators, auditors and key senior stakeholders

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business (Accounting or Finance preferred)
  • Performs in a proactive, independent and self-managing manner
  • Experience in managing staff and coaching for optimal performance
  • Proficient with standard desktop applications including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project and MS Access
  • Experience with reporting tools, such as Oracle, Cognos and Qlikview, is a plus
