As an Air Canada Sr. Marketing Associate within our Acquisitions team, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing new customer acquisition strategies. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, analyze business results, and use your strategic insight to optimize our business results and customer experience. We value your ability to influence cross-functional teams, manage relationships, and promote process improvements. This role offers the opportunity to travel 10% of the time and to make a significant impact on our business growth and customer satisfaction.

  • The candidate will work closely with the GM team and Partner to lead the planning and development of new account acquisitions strategies with the primary focus on optimizing Partner channels to deliver results.
  • Responsibilities include developing the acquisitions roadmap including offer and channel strategies across Chase and Partner assets that optimize for business results, customer satisfaction and controls.
  • The candidate will analyze business results and data for the purposes of validating strategy, insights and improving results and the customer experience.
  • It will require strong collaboration across different cross functional teams such as Acquisitions Center of Excellence, Controls, and the Partner to deliver on business objectives.
  • The candidate will work with Analytics and use dashboards to report on performance.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years relevant work experience in growth strategies and customer experience
  • Ability to influence cross-functional internal and external teams
  • Strong mix of analytical, written and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence cross-functional internal and external teams
  • Superior relationship management and organizational skills
  • Must be able to travel 10% of the time
