We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Applied AI team for Markets Operations at JP Morgan.
As a VP of AI Strategy and Operations within the Applied AI team for Markets Operations at JP Morgan, you will play a pivotal role in guiding both strategic and operational initiatives across our organization. You will work closely with AI Leads, ML engineers, and product managers to ensure the successful execution of our AI projects and initiatives. This role provides an opportunity to lead, strategize, and contribute to the development and implementation of AI solutions, aligning them with our organizational goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the Program Management Office (PMO) function, ensuring effective planning, execution, and monitoring of AI projects.
- Collaborate with AI Leads and cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI solutions.
- Oversee the management of multiple AI projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the AI strategy, aligning it with organizational goals.
- Facilitate alignment with the firm's model, data, and AI governance processes.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Proven experience in program management, product management, and project management
- Good understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution, with a track record of driving successful initiatives.
- Knowledge of model risk management and AI governance frameworks, with experience in implementing governance processes.
- Excellent team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

- Advanced degree in a relevant field
