This Lead will support the Patient Engagement & Customer Solutions (PECS) organization within the Therapeutic Area (TA) Focus & Launch Excellence team. They will be responsible for the cross-TA support to progress our platform test strategy, establish release plan standards all while ensuring quality & operational superiority across products used to serve our patients and providers.

The lead will also be accountable to drive collaboration cross-functionally amongst technical product owners, technology leaders, business partners, and external vendors across multiple products and therapeutic areas for testing, release planning, & product management.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Provider CRM Business Product Owner (BPO) to progress requirements & development into agile methodology.
  • Standardize release plans amongst therapeutic areas building upon broader launch planning.
  • Support key projects/initiatives across therapeutic areas as the Technology Product Owner.
  • Strategic direction in establishing a standardized testing strategy consistent for all TAs across the Patient & Provider CRM & Portals.
  • Collaboration with key internal and external partners for execution for all phases of the testing lifecycle in support of new product or significant program launches.
  • Ensuring compliance with metric reporting for daily/weekly status and burndown throughout testing lifecycle across internal & external partners. Ability to identify key trends and areas of opportunity.


Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
  • At least 3 years of IT experience is required.
  • Agile/Lean Development Experience with Agile methodology, Test Driven Development, QA automation, and DevOps processes experience required.
  • Prior experience in Healthcare or Pharmaceuticals is preferred.
  • Experience delivering medium to large scale digital projects from concept through delivery and supporting continued operations including methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall and HPT. A strong understanding of JIRA is preferred.
  • Experience Managing and Supporting Technology Platforms - Lifecycle Management /Technology Enhancements.
  • Ability to produce clear, detailed, concise user stories, acceptance criteria, objectives and key results, and artifacts to convey concepts and ideas, as well as release plans and roadmaps to convey delivery plan.
  • A strong proponent of change, primarily by championing change within and across organizational boundaries and processes and standards.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in the office.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $91,000 to $147,200.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
