This individual will be responsible for ensuring implementation of end-to-end supply chain MAKE business systems within a new MedTech Manufacturing Facility in Costa Rica. The role will represent the voice of the customer for implementing systems that meet the business requirements. This will involve collaboration with business and functional experts to define requirements for the end-to-end supply chain processes and systems. The role will work with existing functional organizations (such as JJT and MT Transcend) to ensure all Business Systems are harmonized and standardized across Orthopedics and MedTech.
KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Orthopedics Business lead responsible for leading cross functional team to implement MAKE Systems - NG MSP (MES), Maximo (CMMS), Labeling (WWL), and Automation systems.
• Overall responsible to ensure MAKE business processes & system requirements are defined and implemented in the context of E2E supply chain
• Collaborate with PLAN, SOURCE, LOGISTICS, QUALITY, DELIVER, FINANCE, MASTER DATA, and JJT Leads to ensure E2E requirements are met
• Execute Phase 0 activities to define system scope, resources/cost, timeline, and risks, as applicable
• Lead complicated demands relevant to scope, schedule, cost, risk and quality, and differing customer requirements and expectations to satisfy outcomes
• Develop and revise project plans, work with customers to understand complex problems and focus on bringing issues to resolution in a timely manner, advancing as necessary to meet timelines
• Create and deliver presentations to PMO/Management on project goals, plans, issues and risks, including progress reports, mitigation and contingency plans
• Keep partners updated on project issues, issue resolution, risks and overall status of project
• Facilitate target state process mapping to ensure user requirements & stories are defined and tested
• Ensure data migration / data readiness requirements are defined and delivered
• Identify and mitigate gaps in global capability templates
• Lead team to deliver all case objectives. Challenge the team to be a high performing team that identifies solutions to exceed elements of the case benefits
Qualifications
Education:
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree required; Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations or related field highly preferred.
Required Skills:
• A minimum of 8 to10 years of related experience required
• Healthcare, Manufacturing and/or supply chain experience.
• Experience in a Medical Device and/or regulated environment in a highly matrixed, global organization is required.
• Project management experience
• Experience in leading cross functional teams. Track record in Project execution, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent grasp of production processes and functions, with a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes required.
• Working knowledge of end-to-end supply and distribution, product lifecycle management, and transactional systems such as ERP and MES.
• Ability to manage complexity / ambiguity and to analyze, balance, and prioritize risk.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills & demonstrated ability to influence/collaborate to get the desired result.
• Experience successfully implementing change across multiple organizations with cross functional collaborators required.
Preferred Skills:
• PMP, FPX, Six Sigma Green or Blackbelt certified
• Experience in End-to-End Supply Chain Processes (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Finance and Master Data), Technology and Strategy of large regional and/or global programs.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is 120000 to 207000.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
