The Sr. Analyst - Field & Customer Solutions is responsible for the overall support of the company's Orthopedic digital solution platforms. These solutions, which currently include Advance Case Management (ACM), eSIMS, and Set Tracking, provide AI enabled pre-op planning, case coordination, on-site inventory management, and field asset and set utilization visibility. This role will champion and oversee key technical aspects including data analysis, data mining, and visualization to drive end to end business insights. Additionally, this position will be responsible for customer implementation projects working closely with business collaborators, FSN, IDN, customers and integrators to align on project deliverables, timelines, and coordinate integration activities.

KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supports/leads data mining and analysis across three platforms (ACM, eSIMS, and Set tracking), Finance, digital, Cost to Serve; as well as Customer provided data sets.
• Design, develop and deliver scalable data pipelines that process large datasets for business intelligence, data science and more.
• Optimize data solutions and infrastructure for improved performance, reliability, and cost savings.
• Collaborates across multiple collaborators in the F&CS Platform, Deployment, and Commercial teams to drive end to end data insights from three platforms.
• Plan and implement global digital projects including strategy development, business requirements gathering, business integration testing, user acceptance testing, functional setup, deployment, and ongoing technology enhancements.
• Build strong IT partnership to gain a comprehensive view across multiple field-based customer portals and ERP transformation initiatives.
• Develop and manage internal and external partnerships by demonstrating strong leadership, project management, collaboration, analytical, and communication skills.
• Provide backup for the platform and deployment support team as required
• Participate in Platform daily and weekly meetings to reflect status of accounts
• Support other Field & Customer solutions initiatives as required
Qualifications
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Minimum of Bachelor's degree required; focused degree in Engineering, Computer Science/
• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Skilled at adapting to project constraints and resolving problems with minimal supervision
• Able to present technical details along with concepts/solutions at a higher level to collaborators
• Strong problem-solving skills coupled with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
• High degree of autonomy and the ability to work independently/self-starter.
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Demonstrated data analysis, data mining and transformation, and visualization proficiency (i.e. PowerBI / Tableau)
• Practical knowledge of Extract Transfer Load (ETL) processes for moving data sets from one database to another
• Practical knowledge of PostgreSQL script development for generating Tableau and PowerBI reports
• Practical knowledge of digital environments, web technologies, database management.
• Enterprise Resource Planning (SAP/JDE) system proficiency.
• Advanced MS Excel proficiency, including the use of Lookup Functions, Pivot Tables, Macros, and the import/export of data.
• Product Management experience (i.e Scrum) and Project Management experience (i.e. FPx)
• Agile Framework knowledge (i.e. JIRA / Confluence / HP ALM / QTest)
• Passion for creating customer value through innovative technology solutions
• Information Technology, Data & Analytics preferred
OTHER:
• The anticipated base pay for this position is $77,000.00 to $109,242.00
• The anticipated travel for this position 25%
