As a member of the Advanced Therapies Supply Planning team, the Supply Planning Co-Op:
- Supports the Advanced Therapies Supply Planning team with project management and reporting.
- Gains a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end Carvykti process.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams.
- Participates in cell bank, plasmid and lentivirus planning.
- Drives system enhancements and automation for the planning team.
- Manages documents and document updates for material changes.
- Improves training visibility by communicating weekly and monthly updates.
- Increases understanding of J&J community and Credo by attending J&J learning activities.
Key Requirements:
- Ability to demonstrate analytical and quantitative skills.
- Ability to balance multiple projects and initiatives while achieving results.
- Must be a self-starter who works independently while contributing to team goals.
- Proven leadership/participation with campus programs and/or community service activities.
- Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills.
Qualifications
Education:
- Candidates must be actively enrolled in an accredited University for the duration of the co-op assignment pursuing a Bachelors, Masters, or MBA.
- Minimum GPA of 2.8 is required.
- Completion of undergraduate freshmen year at accredited university is required.
Payrates:
Technical Degrees:
The anticipated base pay for this position is Sophomore $25.00/hr, Junior $26/hr, Senior $28/hr, Master's degree $33/hr.
Business Degrees:
The anticipated base pay for this position is Sophomore $22.00/hr, Junior $23/hr, Senior $24/hr, Master's degree $30/hr.
