Responsibilities:

The Senior Financial Analyst will provide key business support, strategic analysis, reporting and consolidation for Commercial Oncology Solid Tumor operating expenses. This is a critical and highly visible role with significant opportunities to present to Senior Management, including the Oncology Leadership Team, to help influence strategic decision making.

Key responsibilities include:

• Own the budget and management of actual operating expenses (OPEX) across key functional areas supporting the Solid Tumor portfolio (Selling, Medical Affairs, Marketing Management, and Strategy Analytics and Transformation).

• Lead the financial planning cycles for OPEX and serve as a leader during the Oncology Business Planning process to provide clear direction to the broader team on key deliverables and timelines.

• Spearhead the overall OPEX consolidation, submission and executive framing of results to leadership for the Total US Oncology Solid Tumor business (inclusive of brand marketing expenses for key J&J assets such as ERLEADA, RYBREVANT and TAR-200).

• Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to influence investment decisions that drive long-term strategic value and deliver results across the Oncology business.

• Champion finance innovation and standardize/automate financial processes by leveraging SigniFi technologies to continuously improve the finance function and ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting.

• Own ad-hoc financial analyses requests.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.

• At least 3 years of experience in finance and/or accounting is required.

• A CPA, CMA, or other financial certification is preferred.

• Candidate must possess excellent analytical, conceptual, communication, and interpersonal skills while working in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment, required.

• Strong financial analysis, business partnering, team building, and influencing skills are preferred.

• This position requires a highly motivated individual with intellectual curiosity and proven leadership skills, required.

• Individual must work independently, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively take on leadership roles, required.

• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills are required to include Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS, and formulas.

• The ability to create and deliver PowerPoint presentations to all areas of the organization including executive leadership, required.

• The position is located in Horsham, PA and may require up to 10% local travel to our Titusville, NJ location.
