The Senior Financial Analyst, US Neuroscience Commercial, at J&J Innovative Medicine provides financial leadership and business partnership support to the US Neuroscience organization, including brand support for SPRAVATO® and a range of commercial activities and functional area support across the therapeutic area.
Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day financial leadership and support to SPRAVATO® brand team and other functions within the Neuroscience team, possibly extending support to other brands within NS portfolio.
• Lead annual and ongoing Sales and Investment forecast cycles and long-range financial planning. Manage financial close processes including Investor Relations package and reporting of key performance metrics, dashboards, and other reports.
• Collaborate with cross functional business partners including Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Strategic Insight & Analytics (SIA), GTN and Pricing to influence and drive value creating financial decisions that enable delivery of business and financial objectives.
• Support complex analytical projects, including developing management presentations and ad-hoc analytics.
• Drive continuous process improvement, simplification, and standardization to enhance efficiency and support the ongoing implementation of Anaplan/CFIN as a standardized reporting tool.
• Provide support for ad-hoc projects and special requests as needed.
Qualifications
Education:
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree required; Accounting or Finance degree preferred.
• MBA, CPA, CMA, or other financial certifications preferred.
Experience/Skills:
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in finance and/or accounting is required.
- Candidate must possess excellent analytical, conceptual, communication, and interpersonal skills while working in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.
- Strong financial analysis, business partnering, team building, and influencing skills are required.
- This position requires a highly-motivated individual with intellectual curiosity and proven leadership skills.
- Individual must work independently, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively take on leadership roles.
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills are required to include Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS, and formulas.
- The ability to create and deliver PowerPoint presentations to all areas of the organization including executive leadership.
- The position is located onsite in Titusville, NJ (3 Days/Week) and may require up to 10% travel
The base pay range for this position is $77,000 - $124,200
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
