The Product Manager, Professional Promotion, is a core member of the brand team accountable for supporting brand strategy and messaging, tactical plan execution, field sales force partnership, connectivity, and resource development, and building the Advanced Practice Provider (APP) strategy for one of J&J's lead assets, TREMFYA®. This position reports to the Group Product Director, HCP Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of HCP brand strategy, including messaging, incorporation of new clinical data sets, and collaboration with the Consumer and Access & Customer Experience (ACx) teams on the evolution of brand narrative, field messaging, and cross-channel coordination across personal and non-personal promotion
  • Shaping and execution of the HCP tactical plan based on Rheumatology market understanding, evolution of that market with competitive entrants & internal clinical studies, and an insights development plan
  • Lead key Field Meetings in partnership with Field Operations and Learning Excellence and lead the development of core Field Resources to connect brand strategy to executional excellence
  • Own the development and execution of an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) strategy and tactical plan to win with this emerging stakeholder in 2025
  • Lead and optimize Samples strategy for the brand
  • Proactively connect and actively provide inputs to cross-functional partners as it relates to brand strategy & tactical implementation, including but not limited to, Sales, Medical Affairs, Learning Excellence, Global, Insights, etc.
  • Shape and participate in advisory boards, congresses and attend scientific sessions where needed.
  • Co-manage AOR and agency partners with Professional Promotion Product Director, ensuring shared accountability to the brand strategy, rigor in marketing excellence, and exceptional execution of key tactics and deliverables.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree required; a MBA is preferred.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • A minimum of 3 years business experience with successful track record - preferably in Marketing, or alternatively also in Sales, Sales Learning & Development, Medical or related fields.
  • Ability to be innovative, strategic, action and outcome oriented, and strong analytically, with excellent overall business insight, is fundamental. Culture-builders are also a must.
  • Demonstrated excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with a heightened ability to collaborate and work across the marketing and cross-functional teams and with external agency partners.
  • Ability to work in Horsham, PA (3 days/week) and travel domestically up to 30%

Preferred:

  • Previous Immunology marketing or sales experience with a subcutaneous injected biologic would be helpful.
