The Product Analyst is responsible for partnering cross functionally to prepare and deliver key customer analytics. The Product Analyst will manage large data sets across the MedTech organization and will collaborate with various business partners to improve and expand the database and analytics capability.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Executing business processes within required timelines with great attention to detail
  • Identifying opportunities for process refinement and improvement
  • Compiling and submitting database updates via the Jira ticketing system
  • Reviewing and validating customer data
  • Participating in User Acceptance Testing
  • Displaying high degree of ownership for data integrity and analytics tool configuration
  • Partnering with cross functional partners to drive overall business objectives
  • Participating in new hire training and peer coaching


Qualifications

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required
  • A minimum of 2 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in an analytics-based role is required
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, including experience using VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Working well in a cross-functional environment and building support across a complex set of stakeholders required
  • Proficiency in prioritizing and managing multiple concurrent deliverables for different end users required
  • Experience working in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or the Financial Services industry is preferred
  • Role based on the West Chester, PA campus & requires the ability to travel up to 10%

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $63,000 to $102,350.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

    • Vacation - up to 120 hours per calendar year
    • Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington - up to 56 hours per calendar year
    • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
