In this role, the Manager, Patient Insights & Analytics / Specialty Pharmacy Analytics, Oncology Manager is expected to function as subject matter expert on Specialty Pharmacy and Patient Support data analytics and metrics methodology across ONC brands, is responsible for supporting efforts to improve the patient experience (Px) through specialty pharmacies and providing patient support operational and strategic insights that improve brand performance. S/he is responsible for generating, integrating, and translating specialty pharmacy data, analytics and insights into growth opportunities and tactics that shape decisions and drive organizational actions for ONC brands within Janssen. This position will serve as an internal consultant to SCG Specialty Pharmacy Strategy, SCG Trade, Patient Engagement and Customer Solutions (PECS), Strategic Insights and Analytics (SIA) and cross functional partners such as Legal and Healthcare Compliance. This position plays a key role in advising and counseling business partners in the development and evaluation of new and existing patient engagement trends and customer solution strategies and tactics and as a result, shares accountability for business results. This individual will be familiar with patient-level data, transactional data and market dynamics pertaining to specialty pharmacies, patient support services, patient experience, and patient affordability. This is a hybrid role located in Titusville, NJ and/or Horsham, PA.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Solution Analytics:
• Collaborate with PECS Marketing, PECS SIA, Data Management Teams and ONC Patient Solution Managers to deliver improvements in patient support data quality and availability.
• Liaise with PECS Px Marketing,PECS Solutions, Brand SIA, and Brand functions to ensure availability of data driven insights into post-script patient journey.
• Recommend patient support KPIs and custom analytics to monitor the performance of Patient Experience Solutions programs across all ONC brands.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards for monitoring key aspects of patient solution operations with primary focus on Specialty Pharmacy.
• Collaborate with Patient Solution Managers to ensure ONC strategic imperatives are aligned with patient support operational outcomes.
Specialty Pharmacy (SP) Analytics:
• Lead efforts to improve SP data quality and availability in partnership with CEDT team.
• Collaborate with ONC SP Managers, Patient Engagement & Customer Solutions (PECS) Pharmacy Channel Strategy Team and Janssen Strategic Customer Group (SCG) National Account Directors on data analysis.
• Develop & maintain SP KPI scorecards and data quality metrics to be utilized for SP facing MBRs and QBRs.
• Forecast and track fulfillment and other SP goals for ONC Solid brands, both currently approved brands and future launches
• Manage external vendors on analysis and report requests
Other Duties:
• Analyze Integrated data for patterns in Patient Support Program (PSP) impact on patient starts and stays.
• ONC Analytics and Insights, dashboard development, and reporting as required.
• Overall collaboration and support of broader PECS SIA team priorities and initiatives.
• Consistent and regular stakeholder communication process and forums.
• Leading meetings and presenting fact-based stories that drive prioritization, action and impact.

Qualifications
Qualifications
• Education:
o BA/BS or equivalent experience required; Advanced degree desirable
Required:
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience in market research, forecasting, marketing intelligence, sales, business analytics, strategic planning, finance, management consulting is required, 5 years is preferred
• Proven success partnering across the commercial organization to generate actionable insights and recommendations
• Experience shaping and influencing organizational decision-making
• Strength in storytelling, data visualization and developing effective presentations
• Knowledge and demonstrated use of syndicated healthcare data sources and suppliers
• Ability to demonstrate successful partnering across a matrixed organization to translate analytics and insights into actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency with all Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and Tableau.
• Experience utilizing advanced data processing tools (e.g. Alteryx, SAS, SQL).
• Experience working with Rx, patient claims, and managed markets data sources (e.g. IQVIA, SHS, IntegriChain, Specialty Pharmacy data).
PREFERRED:
• Self-motivation and a high degree of intellectual curiosity
• Knowledge across a broad spectrum of analytic approaches / data sources and ability to identify appropriate approach to address key business questions.
• Strong learning agility and demonstrated success solving ambiguous business issues.
• Knowledge of market access dynamics (e.g., specialty pharmacy, payers, IDNs, patient access, trade distribution).
• Experience working on Strategic Insights & Analytics (SIA) teams
• Prior experience leading effective project teams.
• Expertise in domain specific data sets of pharma and specialty pharmacy data sources (including RWE, Patient level data, & sales data sources).

Job will require approximately 10% travel (domestic)
The anticipated base pay range for this position is 120,000 to 207,000.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
