Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and partner with project sponsors, project managers, and cross-functional teams to plan, scope, and identify requirements and resources for existing and new initiatives.
  • Coordinate program and project team members to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Identify short and long-range investment requirements for key programs.
  • Recognize risk and opportunities within programs being led.
  • Handle program interdependencies.
  • Lead governance, communication, and reporting across project partners and sponsors.
  • Identify industry-leading practices and perform external benchmarking as required.
  • Support the intake processes.
  • Drive existing priorities, projects, and status.
  • Orchestrate corresponding program/project budgets and resources.


Qualifications

Education:

  • A Bachelor's degree and or equivalent degree required; Master's degree preferred

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Minimum 6 years of related Supply Chain experience
  • Experience in 2 or more relevant core areas within Deliver; Customer Service, Logistics, Transportation, Warehousing, Global Trade Compliance, Channel Management
  • Strong background / experience in E2E Supply Chain programs and project management
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to drive process improvement and value creation across the business
  • Experience with running complex programs and/or projects with proven successful delivery

Preferred:

  • Relevant mix of global, regional, cross-sector / cross-industry experience
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical or MedTech environment

Other:

  • LEAN and/or Six Sigma Certifications
  • FPX or PMP certification
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time; domestic and international

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $99,000 USD- $170,200 USD.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

  • Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
  • Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
  • Vacation - up to 120 hours per calendar year
  • Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington - up to 56 hours per calendar year
  • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
