Position Summary
The Manager, Global Finance Communications, is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of communications strategies that elevate and amplify J&J's financial positioning, business focused and strategic direction to internal and external audiences. Under the leadership of the Senior Director, Global Finance Communications, the Manager will serve as the Global Finance team's "activator", responsible for delivering communications activations around cyclical financial events internally and externally, while also bringing to life the Global Finance functions employee engagement strategy. The manager will develop and maintain relationships across communications, finance and other internal teams, as they establish streamlined multi-faceted activation plans and processes that drive optimal results

Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement transformative communications strategies that shape, amplify and reinforce Johnson & Johnson's financial narrative, brand and reputation, that are targeted at global internal and external audiences.
- Support the execution of the CFO's 360 strategic communications plan to elevate Johnson & Johnson's focus on advancing purpose and performance, market leadership and long-term sustainable value.
- Manage functional communications for the Global Finance Organization, leading the implementation and activation of various employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Lead the Global Finance Editorial strategy for internal channels, establishing strategic partnerships across Global Finance, Employee Engagement and J&J Technology teams to bring Global Finance stories and projects to life.
- Lead the activation and amplification of cyclical financial events across internal and external channels.
- Partner across Global Corporate Affairs on various projects, talent development initiatives and other special workstreams.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
- A minimum of 7 years of communications and public relations experience is required.
- A demonstrated skillset and understanding of communications strategy development, business strategy integration, creative storytelling and brand management is required.
- Exceptional communications skills, both verbal and written is required.
- Experience in managing competing priorities in fast-paced, matrixed environment is required.
- Role requires someone who has the ability to understand and navigate the complexities of operating in a matrixed global framework.
- This person would be a self-starter, is detailed oriented, along with the capability to execute and drive impactful results for the team.

Qualifications
Salary:
The base pay range for this position is $100,000 to 172,500 USD.
Bonus:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
