The Manager, Deliver Digital/Robotics & Enabling Technologies will be a critical leader within Deliver to ensure both the E2E integration of the organization with Regional Business Unit and Commercial leader and to compliantly deliver our Robotics Solutions. This leader will also play a critical role in partnering within the Deliver functions (Regional Deliver Operations, Regional Deliver Excellence and Global Deliver) to drive strategy execution and on target performance. The leader will develop and execute the Deliver Digital/Robotics Roadmap for all NPIs, Go to Market Strategies and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for MedTech Regional business unit performance for the Deliver organization, including issue management & escalation. Orchestrates across functions to drive performance objectives and ensure that platform targets are met.
  • This role will primarily support Digital & Robotics platforms across MedTech organization and will be accountable for integrating Deliver (OTC, CS, Distribution, Transportation, and quality) within the core E2E processes and driving Deliver functional excellence, enhancing our Customer Promise.
  • Ensures key E2E regional BU processes such as S&OP, OTIF-D, New Product Introductions are stood up to support these platforms. Engages with the Digital/Robotics business in developing appropriate Deliver strategy and execution.
  • Partner with various Deliver & Supply Chain functions to support and lead key programs, projects, and initiatives related to Digital/Robotics platforms and their associated enabling technologies.
  • Develop and deploy NA Digital/Robotics Strategy and Processes in partnership with US Medtech BU Operations & Global BU Integration teams.
  • Identifies and implements cost improvements and value-driving initiatives, partnering E2E across Supply Chain and Commercial, including but not limited to process optimization, project management of key initiatives for NA Deliver.
  • Responsible for US Digital/Robotics Playbook maintenance and development.
  • Facilitates processes for Deliver network review and drive implementation to network changes as applicable.
  • Develop and deploy a cross functional governance process for the digital/robotics/enabling technologies platform pipeline. Own and maintain the US Digital/Robotics playbook partnering cross functionally to document standard policies and processes across the supply chain.
  • Partners heavily with the USROTC Business Capabilities team to design and deploy new processes and capabilities in support of Digital/Robotics/Enabling Tech platforms.


Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or focused degree in Supply Chain or Business preferred
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant supply chain experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven track record to effectively lead, build positive relationships with key cross-functional partners, resolve conflicts, and inspire change
  • Ability to embed a culture of process improvement and value creation across the business (required)
  • Ability to promote a customer first mindset and diagnose and resolve customer issues with a sense of urgency
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the end-to-end supply chain in a matrixed organization (required)
  • Experience in USROTC (SAP) processes and procedures preferred
  • Experience and success in managing projects & delivering business results (required)
  • Certification in Lean, Six Sigma or Process Excellence (preferred)
  • Project management experience and certification such as FPX (preferred)
  • Requires up to 20% domestic travel

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $100,000 to $172,500.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

• Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
