We are seeking a knowledgeable Learning Technologist and Analyst Lead to play a key role in improving engagement within Johnson & Johnson Technology. In this position, you will bring to bear technology tools to improve knowledge management and build engaging learning experiences that meet the needs of our organization.

Your focus will be on identifying innovative technology solutions that facilitate teamwork and optimize our learning processes. Additionally, you will monitor and analyze data to assess the efficiency of our learning tools and strategies, producing informative reports that guide decision-making. You will analyze and report on learning program metrics to evaluate efficiency and inform on vital improvements.
Responsibilities:
• Identify innovative solutions & tech tools to increase learner engagement
• Use internal tools to pull and analyze Learning engagement metrics from our LMS and LXP
• Analyze & report learning program assessments
• Support curation efforts led by Manager, Strategic Programs
• Use tools like Tableau and PowerBI to report on and visualize data and tell learning story
• Reports to the Learning Director
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technology-related field, educational technology, or a related subject area.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
- 3 to 5 years of meaningful experience in technology integration and data analysis required.
- Proficiency in various technology tools and platforms (e.g., LMS, reporting tools, teamwork software) and hands-on experience with data analytics (tools such as Tableau, Excel, Visier etc.) required.
- Proven experience creating dashboards and presenting meaningful data visualization required.
- Solid grasp of how technology can enhance engagement and improve learning outcomes preferred.
- Proven skills in encouraging collaboration across teams and departments.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $91,000 to $147,200.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
