General summary:
Provides wide range of business support including analysis and project management for business unit(s) required to enable business decision support and incentive compensation program administration.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Supports BU Manager in development and refinement of information required to create and present analyses of IC program effectiveness.
- Manages and directs work for team of analysts in support of C&E and BU objectives.
- Supports key cycle planning processes across wide range of partners, to include:
- Business planning / goal setting
- Quota management
- Representative/Sales Consultant plan design and modeling
- Manager plan design and modeling
- Works with minimal direction to scope and lead projects to support BU needs.
- Leads development and delivery of compensation-related communications for assigned business units. May independently lead plan design and support for selected business units.
- Supports business-focused initiatives, projects and operations.
- Supports research and preparation of governance information for assigned business units.
- Supports assessment of program effectiveness through advanced modeling and analysis techniques.
- Partners closely with compensation system and administration analyst teams to ensure accurate system programming and delivery of compensation for assigned business units.
- Supports benchmarking of program competitiveness.
- May have cross-function (JJMD C&E) project ownership beyond assigned BU.
- And other tasks and duties, as assigned.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required
- A minimum of 6 years of work experience is required
- Experience in accounting, information systems, payroll operations and/or finance/compensation-related role is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Point and Excel is required. Experience with Microsoft Access is preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills are required
- Ability to work in a cross functional environment and collaborate with teams is required
The role is based on either the West Chester, PA or Raynham, MA campuses and 10% domestic travel is required
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $91,000 to $147,200.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
