Infosys is looking to hire Lead for its Compensation & Benefits team. In this role, the respective individual will work with Cross-functional teams to drive system enhancement and process improvement initiatives, prepare key analytics, benchmarking and research reports to analyze the business implications of employee compensation & benefits related initiatives and identify strategic HR interventions, guide teams on deployment of HR, track and ensure compliance.

Qualification
Basic

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 6 years of relevant work experience with Bachelor's degree or 3 years of relevant work experience with Master's degree
  • Location for this position is in Richardson, TX. Candidates must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to this area. This position may require travel up to 15%

  • Design compensation models, allowances, salary ranges, incentive programs, policy formulation, benefits.
  • Linking compensation with organizational performance, management of large-impact reward programs, financial impact analysis and scenario-building, digitization for improved program implementation, benchmarking reward and benefits programs with market intelligence.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders and user groups to solicit actionable feedback on programs and recommend design improvements.
  • Independently resolve escalated compensation and benefits issues and recommend optimal solutions for issues with high complexity.
  • Develop and report metrics related to effectiveness of managed compensation and benefits programs / processes.
