Our Johnson & Johnson Summer Intern Program is a comprehensive learning and professional experience in the new product development space at one of the world's leading health care companies. We are seeking a motivated and diligent New Product Development Engineering Intern to join our team. The intern will play a vital role in supporting New Product Development by executing project task related to engineering, supporting various engineering task such as testing, manufacturing, protocols and reports, and ensuring efficient communication within the team leads.

Responsibilities:
- Process testing and characterizations.
- Aid design team in creating prototypes.
- Support fixture jig assembly.
- Documentation such as protocols and reports.
- Understand and apply Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day to-day interactions with the team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
Education:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or related field (Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, or related fields).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage project engineering tools and techniques to solve problems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Diligent with strong organizational skills and the ability to lead multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and independently under general supervision.
- Proficient with standard computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
