Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Supply Chain Technology (SCT) Co-op Associate, based in Raritan, NJ and will begin in January 2025 and end in June 2025.

What does the role entail?

The QCL Product Line Co-op will become part of a high-energy, agile environment where the candidate can partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, development teams and Technology Quality to support the completion of deliverables for the Advance Therapies program. Below are a few examples of the types of experiences you can expect:

- Data Engineering & Analytics: Improving data in its raw format and engineering, redefining, modeling, visualizing, and streaming it into the fabric of innovative products and outstanding customer experiences

- Decision Science (AI, ML, & Intelligent Automation): Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and other automation technologies to help drive timely decisions, automate processes, and eliminate manual activities

- Experience Design (UI/UX, Service Design): Focus on user-first approach, crafting experiences that are easy to use, appealing, and purposeful; Looks at the human journey holistically to deliver a fully aligned, driven experience, and help products reach their audiences in a way that deeply resonates with them across devices

- Scientific & Digital Health Technologies: Use of innovative health technologies combined with digital and virtual interactive capabilities to provide an immersive experience for the teams we serve

- Partner (Digital) Experience: Developing systems and tools to enable partner interactions and collaboration

- Agile Software Development and SDLC: Engineering reliable code that drives business outcomes and supporting the execution of testing and documentation related to SDLC deliverables

- Digital (Agile) Approach: Focus on Business agility, Agile delivery with a fail-fast approach, and measurable outcomes

Most assignments will include but are not limited to the following responsibilities:

- Work within specialized groups in the J&J Technology organization to build solutions for business partners and drive value

- Provide individually and/or as a team member to support a designated technology area

- Work with stakeholders to accomplish goals and objectives to support the J&J Technology project/program portfolio

- Build awareness and experience of key capability skills in support of the J&J Technology Strategy

- Conduct data and process analysis to support development of solutions

- Partner with peers, senior personnel, and supervisors who will provide mentorship towards successful outcomes

- Have opportunities to network with company leaders, lead community service activities, tour external J&J facilities, and present your work to a wide audience
