The Financial Systems & Data Manager for the ERP Integration Team provides global and cross sector integration project support between TranSCend and TransAct, whilst integrating into our run state FSDM team, with a focus on SigniFi Program strategy.

  • The role will be responsible for leading and shaping the deployment of finance master data flow processes for run state GS and FSDM, as well as supporting the finance master data set up for new deployments and ongoing sustainability data flow quality issues between the operating systems.
  • The role also be responsible for ensuring Finance Master Data Quality and System Integration is prioritized enabling run state readiness of Internal and External Financial Reporting.
  • There will be people management responsibilities assigned to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading, shaping and documenting the deployment of Global Financial Master Data processes between TransAct and TranSCend, plus the interaction with Legacy systems whilst aligning to the SigniFi program.
  • Leading the alignment of financial master data for functional testing purposes in upper and lower environments and aligning with other master data partners to complete necessary testing across the schematic
  • Drive FSDM run state readiness working closely on training and process change impacts
  • Support the deployment of new functionality, including integration of corporate tools for run state processes
  • Understand and work towards meeting IT release timelines
  • Transition to run support to enable smooth closes and data integrity in the financial ERP systems in scope, setting FSDM run up for success
  • Provide financial systems perspective in process alignments and project implementations across finance, and address implications of change with relevant parties
  • Oversee performance of team to ensure that deliverables are managed effectively and proactively

Qualifications

Education:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business (preferably with an Information Systems module)

Required:

  • Experience in accounting/finance function with 5 years or more
  • Knowledge and understanding of the financial business processes and SOX compliance
  • Strong and effective leadership, communication & interpersonal skills
  • Ability to connect across cultures and communicate effectively with technical teams, users and management
  • Continuous process improvement orientation with a curious mindset
  • Adaptable to change with a love of learning
  • Ability to plan and manage projects
  • Lead, motivate and develop team
  • Knowledge and experience working with SAP.
  • Strong accounting/finance background and have a technical mindset, with experience in financial systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and team building skills.
  • Attention to details, ability to prioritize & plan multiple tasks effectively, initiative to follow through on directives, self-motivated, adaptable to change, intellectual curiosity and keen to grow.
  • Ability to train and teach others.
  • Knowledge and sensitivity to global partners/cultures/norms is required.
  • Continuous learning mindset and passion for finance technology, data analysis, complex data mapping, and data reconciliation.

Preferred:

  • SAP FICO Qualification
  • Qualified Accountant (or International Equivalent)
  • Experience/expertise in SAP Central Finance Operationally or/and deployments - 3 years or more
  • Hands on experience in technical / finance roles in SAP ECC focusing on SAP FI/CO modules. (G/L, A/P, A/R, Fixed Assets, Controlling).
  • Prior experience working in a Supply Chain Finance organization and an understanding of manufacturing and sales processes from a system perspective.
  • Prior experience in Data Analytics, Data Modeling and custom Data Warehouse development, Statistical Analysis using cutting-edge financial tools and technologies.
  • Working knowledge of reporting and planning tools and applications such as SAP BI/BW, S/4 HANA, Central Finance, and Blackline.
  • Experience with system enhancement process, project implementation, IT Service Management and testing protocols and tools such as QTest, Jira, Service Now etc.
  • SAP Knowledge and Experience:
    • Cost accounting modules (Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis).
    • Integration of FI/CO with MM and SD modules.
    • SAP tables, sets, standard configuration, transactions, validation, and substitution rules, ALE & IDocs and interfaces with non-SAP systems.

Compensation/Benefits

The anticipated base pay range for this position is 100000 to 172500.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

  • Vacation - up to 120 hours per calendar year
  • Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington - up to 56 hours per calendar year
  • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
