The EVM Finance cost lead is responsible for driving technical earned value management (EVM) reporting and compliance to our internal and external customers. This individual will also own the operational internal controls and process simplification to deliver accurate EVMS and integrate with the engineering and program leads.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for administering the EVM business cycle for assigned program.
- Provide guidance and people leadership to cost analyst working on program.
- Lead finance role for large multi-year US federal government contract.
- Responsible for EVM Reporting to internal and external customer. Includes Monthly/Yearly reports listed on contract such as the Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR)(monthly) and Cost Data Summary Report (CDSR) (yearly).
- Work Authorization approvals and logging, training of CAMs, PMs, ensure that books balance every month with what is in the MR Log.
- Monitor changes to assigned government program accounts and support engineering Control Account Managers (CAMS) daily.
- Manage and develop a finance analyst.
- Focus on team and program priorities within finance.
- Responsible for improving processes through the use of Lean tools and standard work.
- Interface with government customers and regulators (DCMA).
- Provide advice to program leadership both internal and external (government).
- Connect directly with external customer to report and analyze monthly results.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- At least 7 years of experience in financial management, project management and/or Earned Value Management.

This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. If applicable, final offers will be contingent on ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government.
