Scope of Responsibilities:

The Finance Director, Global Vision Deliver will lead the finance teams across Global Deliver, supporting critical operations within the regions. The successful candidate will be a member of the Vision Deliver Leadership Team. Core responsibilities include leading business planning, forecasting, strategic planning, quarterly closing, and regional reporting. This leader will drive collaboration with the commercial and supply chain finance teams during the key update cycles, standardization across the Deliver finance team, and best practice sharing within key stakeholder groups.

Responsible for FP&A, business partnering, and compliance related activities for Total Deliver Vision, including:

• Provide strategic finance insights and framing to the Deliver Vision Leadership Team and driving financial visibility to Cost improvement Projects (CIP) and strategic projects.

• Leading financial planning, reporting and analysis for Deliver Vision (including Strategic Plan, Business Plan, Financial Updates, Quarterly Reporting, and ad hoc analysis).

• Supporting compliance and financial reporting activities in the regions.

• Driving standardization and enhancing transparency of Deliver managed COGS and distribution cost (SG&A) performance.

• Project analysis and portfolio prioritization: providing business insight and analysis in identifying, prioritizing, and executing against key programs to deliver the Deliver Strategic Plan, e.g., network and transportation optimization, brand protection, process harmonization and technology, etc.

• Partnering with the Deliver Vision leadership team to track and report capital investments, building business cases for strategic initiatives, and validating corresponding CIPs.

• Partnering with Supply Chain and Commercial finance partners to maintain close connection throughout the year on financial performance for interdependent budgets.

• Developing and leading a team of ~8 professionals.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance
  • An MBA, CPA, CMA and/or other financial certifications are strongly preferred
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive finance experience is required
  • Prior people management experience with proven ability to inspire, empower & develop talent is required
  • A proven track record of influencing / leading peers and business partners and interacting with Senior Management is required
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and appropriately prioritize multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment is required
  • Strong communication skills (presentations, listening, business writing skills) are required
  • Prior healthcare / medical device industry experience is preferred
  • Prior experience driving integration and standardization of supply chain activities is preferred
  • Strong cost accounting knowledge and project controlling skills is preferred
  • The ideal candidate will be able to collaborate effectively in an international matrix environment possessing strong interpersonal skills, promoting inclusion, and building trusting relationships with business partners across all cultures and levels of the organization.
  • Position will be located in Jacksonville, FL and may require up to 10% travel
