Responsibilities:

• Assists the PIC in the safe consistent, legal and efficient operation of company aircraft in compliance with all applicable federal and international regulations as well as company policies, standards, and procedures;

• Maintains a working knowledge of the duties and responsibilities of a Captain;

• Is prepared to assume helicopter PIC duties, including control of the flight, if needed.

• Is prepared to assume airplane SIC duties if needed.

• Participates in the Safety Management System.

Duties:

• Flies the aircraft per the directions of the PIC in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures;

• Performs takeoffs and landings under the authority of the PIC;

• Be familiar with and follow procedures as set forth in the Federal Regulations, Aircraft Flight Manuals, and the Flight Operations Manual;

• In the absence of a Flight Engineer, assumes the Flight Engineer's duties on the ground and whatever inflight duties that are consistent with safety; (Cruise Pilot Airplane)

• Assists the PIC during times of high cockpit workload;

• Maintains revisions of all assigned aeronautical publications or other administrative duties;

• Studies and prepares for upgrading to Captain - Helicopter; and upgrading to First Officer - Airplane

• Assumes any duties delegated by the Chief Pilot, Chief of Aviation Compliance, Assistant Chief Pilot, Lead Helicopter Piot and/or PIC.

Qualifications

• Holds Commercial Pilot Certificate with Rotorcraft - Helicopter and Instrument Ratings;

• Holds a Commercial Pilot Certificate with Airplane Multi-Engine Land and Instrument Ratings;

• ATP minimum hours (as applicable);

• Minimum of 250 hours Helicopter

• Minimum of 100 hours instrument (up to 90% can be simulated);

• Minimum of 100 hours night;

• ATP written completed

• ATP must be completed within the first 180 days of employment;

• First class medical;

• FCC Radio Telephone Operator Permit;

• Recent experience as pilot on multi-engine turbine aircraft in high-density areas;

• Flight check by Lead Helicopter Pilot (Helicopter) and Chief Pilot, or designee (Airplane);

• Satisfactory employment record;

• Demonstrates ambition and capability to progress to title of Captain and the role of PIC in Helicopter and Airplane;

• Proficient in Microsoft Office;

• United States citizen;

• Education - 4 year college degree preferred

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $100,000-$172,500. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

o Vacation - up to 120 hours per calendar year

o Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington - up to 56 hours per calendar year

o Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year

o Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
