The Director, Commercial Programs and Service will lead the US marketing of strategic programs, including our Advances Service Agreements (ASA) and Pathway programs, as well as Service Support. This person will work across all of our Electrophysiology product lines to align strategies and develop processes that ensure close alignment with Field sales leadership. This role involves the development and execution of programs that align with the overall business strategy, enhancing brand awareness, and achieving revenue targets. This role will also oversee marketing activities in support of our Service organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a robust US marketing strategy for our ASA and Pathway programs for Electrophysiology, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives. Work across Marketing, Sales and Finance to develop and insights for strategy development, and capability for implementation. Communication of these programs and goals to the commercial organization.
- Process Development and Implementation: Develop and coordinate processes across US Marketing to ensure strong alignment of marketing programs with field sales leadership.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. Responsible for building Marketing capabilities in the region, including downstream marketing and account management that helps to enable the business.
- Product Launches: Develops pathway plans and executes successfully in support of product launches.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Service, Field Leadership teams, Commercial Educational. and Global Strategic Marketing to ensure strategy is aligned.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, optimizing resource allocation for maximum ROI.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, industry influencers, and regulatory bodies.
- Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs and analyze performance metrics to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide leadership guidance on the reprocessing business unit, which would include strategic planning, financial management, team leadership, stakeholder communication, compliance and risk management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in leadership roles within the healthcare or medical device industry, with a preferred focus on Electrophysiology or related fields.
- Proven expertise in leading teams to drive business value.
- Broad generalist leadership experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success of collaboration with critical internal and external stakeholders and substantial customer interface.
- Track record of driving necessary strategic change to meet changing business needs, and exploring new business models.
- Strong track record of developing talent, including deep pipelines and strong leadership teams.
- Knowledge of the region and market is preferred but not necessary.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $146,000 to $251,850. For the California Bay Area -The anticipated base pay range for this position is $167,000 to $289,800.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
