Jim Koons Automotive Companies is seeking a Parts Counter Person for our Annapolis Toyota location. We

Parts Experience preferred but not required. Dealership and basic automotive experience a plus! Basic knowledge of the online parts ordering systems to process online orders. We will train!
The schedule for this role is Monday-Friday, 7:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M., one late night a week until 7:00 PM, and 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM every third Saturday.

What will you be doing as a Parts Counter Person:
Work with customers and technicians to identify required parts
Advise customers on necessary and related parts needed
Look up parts using electronic parts catalog system
Input parts pricing on counter invoices and repair orders
Handle phone calls and orders with customers and vendors
Follow Privacy and Information Safeguards rules and procedures
Maintain a clean work area and help with general housekeeping
Other duties may also be assigned
What we are looking for:
Proficient in email and basic computer skills
Must take direction well and follow through entire task
Must be able to perform other duties when assigned.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Some heavy lifting is required.
