Als Jabil Optics Germany GmbH in Jena sind wir Teil des weltweit zweitgrößten Auftragsfertigers Jabil und führend bei der Entwicklung von opto-elektro-mechanischen Modulen für Augmented, Virtual and Mixed Reality, moderne Kamerasysteme sowie Gestensteuerung/ 3D Sensing. Wir entwickeln in einem internationalen Team innovative kundenspezifische Lösungen für weltweit führende Markenhersteller. Jabil beschäftigt global mehr als 140 000 Mitarbeitende. Technical Project Manager für die Entwicklung opto-elektro-mechanischer Systeme (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Leitung und Koordination technischer Teams zur Sicherstellung der erfolgreichen Projektumsetzung
- Management von Entscheidungsphasen und Unterstützung bei der Festlegung technischer Spezifikationen
- Führung und Förderung von Troubleshooting-Aktivitäten während der Build-Phasen zur schnellen Problemlösung und Optimierung
- Verantwortung für die Planung und Entwicklung von Projekten mit strategischer Bedeutung für Jabil Optics
- Mitwirkung bei der technischen Konzeption von komplexen Design-Lösungen für die Massenproduktion/ Vorserienproduktion
- Zusammenstellung von interdisziplinären, interkulturellen und globalen Teams
- Planung und Überwachung der Ressourcen und Kosten
- Sicherstellung der Qualitäts-, Kosten- und Termin-Ziele in allen Phasen des Projektes
- Verfolgung von Änderungen und Berichterstattung an das Seniormanagement
Ihr Profil:
- erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in einem technisch-naturwissenschaftlichen Studiengang
- fundierte Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement-Prozessen sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von Entwicklungs- und Produktionsteams im industriellen Umfeld
- Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung von opto-mechanischen/ opto-elektronischen Systemen sowie Erfahrungen mit dem Produkttransfer erforderlich
- sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie verhandlungssichere Englisch-Kenntnisse
- internationale Reisebereitschaft (phasenweise/ ca. 10 %)
