How will you make an impact? The Server & Rack Assembly Trainers will conduct established training programs in the manufacturing or engineering processes.
- Shifts Needed are 2nd Shift.
- Hourly pay is $22.50
- Shift Differential for 2nd shifts
What will you do?
- Monitors training effectiveness via established evaluation techniques.
- Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
How will you get here?
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience Training in a Manufacturing environment.
- Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with components, building computers or other electronic devices.
- Mechanical experience is required.
- Experience with PCB's and PCBA's strongly preferred.
- Linux is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience maintaining documentation.
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
- Experience working with computers and servers is a plus.
