Job Description
QE TECHNICIAN QE Technician required to assist QE for below:
8.1 Launch new model and setup new line.

8.2 Evaluate and qualify new material which is not in AVL.
8.3 Follow up and coordinate product quality issues which are detected by production and customer.
8.4 Follow up components and customer return failure analysis.
8.5 Embark process improvement projects with test engineering, process engineering and production for process and customer top process defects.
8.6 Prepare daily, weekly and monthly quality report.
8.7 Prepare and update documents including Visual Aid, Deviation and Purge Notice.
8.8 Perform periodic process audit based on customer or Jabil internal process checklist.
8.9 Verify defective incoming materials and evaluate incoming material with test and manufacturing engineering for Quality Notice (QN) final disposition. 8.10 Follow up for closure of Corrective Action Report.
8.11 Prepare Quality Yield Trend Target Report for Quality Engineer / Assistant QE review.
8.12 Perform Shop floor System Configuration.
8.13 Support screening activities.
8.14 Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time and records retention kept if deemed necessary.
MES
8.15 Perform configuration on new MES labels for work cells
8.16 Assist workcells if there are any issues on MES Labels
8.17 Assist supervisor in software version validation tests
8.18 Perform troubleshooting and repairs when equipment's under the care when it is down
8.19 Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time and records retention kept if deemed necessary.
ESD
8.20 Assist workcells/support plant if there are any issues on ESD related matters
8.21 Perform ESD internal audits as per planned schedules
8.22 Assist supervisor in ESD material/equipment buyoffs
8.23 Co-ordinate/perform Preventive Maintenance and/or calibration for equipment owns by QA
8.24 Perform troubleshooting and repairs when equipment under the care when it is down
