Job Responsibilities

As a Trial Patient Payment Associate II, you will:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate patient payments.
  • Strictly adhere to compliance standards and company policies.
  • Determine and resolve payment discrepancies efficiently.
  • Successfully implement process improvements to improve payment workflows.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of all payment transactions.
  • Provide outstanding support to patients and internal teams regarding payment
  • inquiries.

Education

  • High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification /
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience

  • In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.
