Job Responsibilities
As a Trial Patient Payment Associate II, you will:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate patient payments.
- Strictly adhere to compliance standards and company policies.
- Determine and resolve payment discrepancies efficiently.
- Successfully implement process improvements to improve payment workflows.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all payment transactions.
- Provide outstanding support to patients and internal teams regarding payment
- inquiries.

Education
- High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification /
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience

- In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.
