Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support communication and change management initiatives within our Data, AI & Innovation team in IT. This role will focus on managing change related to data and analytics concepts and use cases, as well as creating and maintaining engaging content for stakeholders via a Microsoft SharePoint site. The Data, AI & Innovation team plays a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making across Jabil. We empower teams with cutting-edge tools and insights to deliver meaningful business outcomes. Join our dynamic team to contribute to innovative projects and gain hands-on experience in communication and change management within a technical context.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data and analytics use cases and initiatives.
- Translate complex technical use cases into clear, concise, and engaging summaries suitable for diverse audiences.
- Develop and execute change management strategies to support the adoption of data and analytics solutions.
- Craft an overall communication strategy to ensure consistent and effective messaging across all initiatives.
- Design, update, and maintain content on the team's Microsoft SharePoint site to ensure stakeholders are informed of ongoing efforts and resources.
- Create newsletters, updates, and other communication materials to effectively engage stakeholders.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders to assess communication effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in organizing workshops or webinars to promote data and analytics adoption.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Currently a Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in Communication or a related field
- Availability: Must be available to work in St. Petersburg Florida from May 19, 2025 - Aug 8, 2025
- GPA: 3.0 minimum
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a knack for simplifying technical concepts.
- Interest in and basic understanding of Data & Analytics concepts and their business applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Familiarity with change management principles and practices.
- Exposure to IT or Data & Analytics environments is a plus.
