How will you make an impact? -

Jabil's Market Intelligence team is expanding and is focused on developing an AI-generated supply chain risk platform.

As a Business Unit Coordinator (BUC), you will be instrumental in translating global business strategy into actionable work programs and processes for assigned customer accounts, emphasizing AI-driven supply chain risk management solutions. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders across various regions to design and develop innovative AI tools to predict and mitigate supply chain risks. This role requires handling complex, high-impact assignments focusing on driving global customer success through AI-driven insights.

What will you do? -

  • Work with colleagues to project manage the development and delivery of a supply chain risk platform
  • Collaborate with global customers to understand their supply chain challenges and use these insights to help develop an AI-generated supply chain risk platform
  • Conduct global market analysis, utilizing AI and machine learning techniques to identify supply chain risks, patterns, and opportunities for innovation
  • Work closely with international sales and technical teams to identify and support acquiring new global customers, positioning the AI platform as a key value-add
  • Develop and refine AI algorithms to enhance the platform's ability to predict and mitigate supply chain risks, improving resilience for multinational clients
  • Support the preparation of Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, highlighting Jabil's AI capabilities in supply chain risk management to meet global customer needs
  • Contribute to financial forecasting and variance processes, integrating AI-driven risk analysis to inform global business strategies
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, particularly optimizing the AI platform for enhanced supply chain risk detection and management
  • Provide leadership to team members, guiding them in using and developing AI-driven solutions in supply chain risk management
  • Exhibit leadership potential to grow into higher-level roles, such as Business Unit Manager

How will you get here? -

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree required

Experience:

  • 6-8+ years of relevant experience in Business Development, Supply Chain Risk Management, AI/ML, or Project Management is required

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Strong project management skills, particularly in AI-driven platforms or technology.
  • Expertise in global logistics, supply chain operations, and AI-driven risk management solutions.
  • Proficiency in applying AI/ML algorithms and managing business analytics to predict supply chain disruptions.
  • Strong financial understanding, especially in forecasting risks and managing analytics using AI tools
  • Ability to travel up to 20% both US and International

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA preferred
  • Supply Risk Management Experience preferred

Salary range: $92,299/ 127,818/$164,330 - annually

Annual Target Bonus Potential: 25%

The pay range for this role is $91,299 - $164,337. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity. The anticipated close date of this job requisition is: November 29, 2024.

As part of the total rewards package, this position is eligible for a short-term incentive based on performance. In addition, Jabil offers benefits to enhance your health, wealth, and resilient self.
