1. 协助NPI程序制作&优化,根据日常生产数据分析，优化AXI,AOI,AVI/测试程序；
2. 培训技术员判定AXI,AOI,AVI/ defect；

4. 对 AXI,AOI,AVI/ 系统的故障进行排查和诊断，运用合适的工具和技术；
5. 修复或恢复测试系统功能；
6. 准确记录所有维护、维修和安装活动；
7. 持续关注 AXI,AOI,AVI/ 技术的最新发展，将相关知识应用于提升系统性能；
8. 与其他技术员和工程师合作，共同解决复杂的技术问题；
9. 严格遵守安全协议和程序，确保工作环境安全；
10. 以实现对PCBA的自动检测。熟悉X-ray检测技术和图像处理算法，能够使用相关软件进行设计和开发；
11. KPI 目标：指引和传授制定AXI KPI目标的规则，建立方便KPI提升的体系；
12. 制定AXI,AOI,AVI/技术标准，以确保技术实现和产品质量符合要求, 需要了解行业标准和法规，以制定符合要求的技术标准。

1. 熟练掌握IPC标准；
2. 从事AXI测试工作至少4年以上经验；
3. 熟练掌握TRI AXI的程序制作和误报调试(或者Vitrox品牌 )，具有AXI和AOI/AVI两种技能者优先考虑；
4. 熟练使用万用表、水平仪等测试设备；
5. 具备出色的问题解决和诊断能力；
6. 能够阅读和理解技术手册和原理图；
7. 具备良好的沟通技巧，能与团队成员和部门之间进行有效交流；
8. 注重细节，致力于高质量的工作。
