About This Role

Under the supervision of the Director, Manufacturing Operations, this role will provide support to the Intake Operations team by coordinating Intake Activities/Tasks.

Specific job responsibilities include:

  • Run Daily Reports and Present Data to Area Supervisor/Manager: Area Supervisor/Manager will use data to uncover patterns and trends that help Intake Operations capitalize on growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Support Innovation: Data collected and Data Input into a format that others can easily interpret. Through data entry, you will support area Supervisor/Manager to prove insights that guide the development of new process improvements.
  • Maintaining Databases and Data Systems: Enter data into established dashboards for area Supervisor/Manager to monitor performance related to but not limited to: Process Cycle Times, Yields/Quality, Employee Productivity & Quality.
  • Collaborating: Monitor Daily Intake Queue of Ztickets inquiries and Open/Close escalation Ztickets via Salesforce.
  • Daily Inventory Reconciliation: Ensure process quality have been achieved by running reports to ensure data was successfully retrieved from devices.
  • Other duties as directed by management

  • Sitting, standing, or walking for prolonged periods of time
  • Lifting and/or moving up to 30 pounds

About you:

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • Prefer Bachelor’s degree in a technical degree (i.e., Engineering) or equivalent
  • Prefer minimum 2 years relevant working experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Basic understanding of Statistics
  • Other Preferred Skills: Knowledgeable in Salesforce, Amazon Webservices, and Splunk.

Estimated Pay Range
$25.43$28.22 USD
