Allstate Insurance Company has an opportunity for a research minded people leader who understands the insurance industry from the sales distribution perspective. The Research and Insights Manager opportunity is a NEW opportunity within our organization. This people leader will manage a small team, support qualitative research, benchmark, and work across teams to strategize and collaborate.

As a Research and Insights Manager you would also be involved in project management. Partnering with our Sales Leadership to discuss growth, challenges and making business decisions to move the business forward. This role would have direct impact on our sales distribution channel. Industry experience, ability to present to senior leadership, qualitative research and collaboration are but a few key skills needed in this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Guide business areas through the market research and insights process to determine the most efficient and effective research designs for their business problems
A thought leader among the team, providing input into team development opportunities and leading/organizing training initiatives
Present research findings to senior level business team members in both formal and informal settings and on occasion to senior leaders in formal settings, ensuring the audience understands technical aspects and demonstrating the ability to influence and persuade others
Analyze and interpret marketing research data and develop meaningful key findings and implications for the business which lead to new marketing concepts and strategies
