Essential Functions/Duties:
- Support the VP Revenue Operations in building the strategic planning, development, and execution of business systems initiatives to support various functions including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and more.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable integrations and workflows across our tech stack.
- Own data input processes, establishing protocols to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Support the VP of Revenue Operations in developing and maintaining the business systems roadmap, prioritizing projects based on business impact and ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and integration of business systems with other processes.
- Design and implement system configurations, customizations, and enhancements to meet evolving business needs.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Drive user adoption and training initiatives to maximize the value of business systems.
- Monitor system performance and scalability, identifying opportunities for optimization and provide support across the organization to resolve workflow issues and errors to eliminate bottlenecks or blockers.
- Lead change management efforts related to business systems initiatives, communicating updates and driving adoption across the organization.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience owning and managing business systems.
- Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS applications and proven experience in system integrations.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing system initiatives from inception to delivery.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, JIRA) is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Strong commitment to customer success and delivering high-quality solutions.
Supervisory Responsibility: This position has supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers.
Physical Demands: This is largely a sedentary role. Physical requirements include occasional lifting/carrying of 5 pounds; visual acuity, speech, and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment.
Compensation range is $180,000 - $190,000. The salary range information provided reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
