Position Title: Program Director

Position Summary:

The Program Director (PD) is responsible for the overall delivery of MSP services to a client or group of clients including client satisfaction in the day-to-day operations, providing strategic thought leadership, and client retention and expansion. The PD leads the overall strategy for the client(s), sits on the Governance Committee and is accountable for client deliverables including EBR's and reporting packages. The PD is accountable in assuring operational excellence in meeting client expectations and ensuring proper service is maintained to support the client's business requirements and all client specified SLAs within their portfolio of clients. The PD will participate in sales presentations, consulting opportunities and driving internal projects as directed by the SVP of Account Management. PDs will also manage and review overall portfolio P&Ls for their accounts making prudent and timely decisions to promote portfolio health and Monument Consulting profitability goals. 25%-50% travel (depending on client(s)).

Responsibilities

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with Client Sponsors
  • Build and maintain C-Level relationships across their client(s)
  • Execute and deliver on governance committee and meetings
  • Maintain and build strategic supplier relationships
  • Develop industry partnerships and relationships
  • Recruit and pipeline resources for potential future hiring needs
  • Work with Monument Consulting Sales teams to help support cultivating leads and landing new clients

Service

  • Focus on ensuring that the PMO provides continuous improvement of service delivery
  • Ensure client needs and performance requirements are met and exceeded through consistent, efficient, and effective processes
  • Accountable for compliance with all Client contractual terms and conditions
  • Respond to and resolve program issues (supplier, buyer, processes) if escalated beyond the Program Manager
  • Ensure compliance with client procurement and HR policies, guidelines, and processes
  • Forecast demand for operational resources based on program trends to support ongoing client business requirements
  • Accountable for execution of strategic projects and initiatives
  • Monitor program/portfolio data integrity
  • Ensure PMO successfully performs client and supplier training on vendor management program throughout portfolio
  • Work with Program Manager(s) to provide program related reporting and client specific statistics
  • Work with the reporting team as required to deliver client requested adhoc and scheduled reports
  • Monitor program Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and report to client sponsors and Governance Committee

Supplier Management

  • Develop strategic relationships with executive supplier stakeholders
  • Consult with PMs on supplier rationalization and maintenance strategies
  • Consult on continuous improvement of Supplier marketplace
  • Support contract negotiations as necessary

Leadership

  • Responsible for overall account expectations, operation capabilities, and costs
  • Coach/train Program Managers in optimizing program operation teams
  • Clarify roles and responsibilities and hold team members accountable to delivery
  • Guide and develop team members in support of individual career development
  • Experience guiding multiple client accounts
  • Management of $100M+ in overall spend on one or many accounts

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Professional Experience and 5-10+ years MSP-VMS experience
  • Proven success managing multiple Clients and teams of Account Management Resources
  • College Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Advanced experience in contracts and SOW preferred
  • Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP) required or to be attained within agreed amount of time
  • Expert experience with Microsoft Office and demonstrated proficiency
    • Outlook - organizing and scheduling
    • Word - documents and proofing/redlining
    • PowerPoint - building and presenting
    • Excel - managing complex data sets and pivot tables

Pay Range

USD $100,000.00 - USD $118,000.00 /Yr.
