Infosys is seeking Finance Industry Principal Consultant with extensive experience in Workday economy, who will interface with key stakeholders and apply domain and technical & functional proficiency including Requirements Elicitation, Design, Build and Deployment of solutions for supporting customer's ERP & Finance application. As a Industry Principal Consultant, you will play an important role in creation and development of industry solutions. Will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts, serve as a key member of the Digital Technology team participating in Finance and ERP digital projects, integration Development and working with finance leads, Technical Product Managers, corporate and business unit teams and third parties, to orchestrate digital solutions in using Workday Finance .

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree
  • 13 years of Information Technology experience.
  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or be willing to relocate to the area.
  • Candidate should be open to travel in US per the business requirements and project needs.
  • 12+ years of experience in Workday Finance/ERP Implementation or support projects and relevant experience in Finance /ERP domain in Implementation / Support projects related to Workday Application
  • Candidate should be proficient in all the delivered ERP/Finance processes and reports, suggest best practices.
  • Hands on experience in working on Workday Cloud projects
  • Should have experience in Finance/ERP modules (Core Financials: General ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and fixed assets. Financial Planning and Analysis: Budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Spend Management: Procurement, sourcing, and supplier management. Revenue Management: billing, revenue recognition, and contract management).
  • Must be proficient in implementing IT/business solutions in Workday and building integrations, reports, customization of business process utilizing native Workday tools.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in working in teams on large and complex ERP projects
  • Should be able to drive customer discussions independently and act as trusted advisor for advising industry best practicians and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
  • Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams.
  • Expertise and responsibility for providing consulting services to support all aspects of Workday systems implementation including business flow understanding and documentation.
  • Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle. Knowledge of Agile practices and ability to implement the project in Agile mode.
  • Excellent communication / presentation / verbal and written communication skills.
The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
