- Q uickly yet thoroughly create process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups as needed to effectively conceptualize and communicate detailed interaction behaviors.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide a bridge between design aesthetics and functional usability, contributing to the overall performance and user satisfaction of the digital platform.
- Assess and optimize the performance of new and existing features by applying UCD principles.
- Contribute to user interface design and development best practices and standards.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills including the ability to communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Phoenix, AZ or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 2 years of experience in Information Technology.
- Experience in designing end-to-end enterprise-scale cloud software or services.
- Experience working with and contributing to comprehensive design systems.
- Fluency in best practices for web-based information architecture and design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques
- Proficiency in modern component-based design tools such as Figma and the Adobe Creative suite.
- A strong online portfolio demonstrating past work experience and relevant, user-centered design solutions is required.
- Proven track record of creatively solving hard problems, driving complex design issues across multidisciplinary groups such as engineering, product management, and research; and shipping relevant experiences within deadlines.
- Experience in balancing user goals, business requirements and technical constraints to deliver delightful and meaningful product experiences.

- Experience with Digital Portfolio is preferred.
- Experience with Interaction Design is good to have.
- Experience with Mobile Apps is preferred.

- Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design.
- Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
- Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry's latest trends and technologies.
- Some experience in healthcare industry (desirable).
