Role: Total Rewards Specialist
Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Total Rewards Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting various functions of Total Rewards, including compensation and benefit programs. Duties/Responsibilities:
Support and guide HRBP and HR Administrator with remuneration-related inquiries during onboarding, offboarding, and employee movements.
Perform quality checks of compensation, organization, and employee-related data.
Assist with interim adjustment processes, including preparation for review and submission to payroll.
Participate in and support cyclical Total Reward processes (e.g., Annual Salary Review, Annual Bonus, Salary Benchmark, and Performance Management processes).

Support S197 onboarding or S189 offboarding processes, including reporting requests.
Maintain collateral and links on internal sites or systems (cyclically and as events occur), such as the publication of total reward policies.
Identify and participate in streamlining, enhancing, or automating processes and activities.
Collate submissions for ad-hoc or cyclical remuneration surveys as directed by the Total Rewards COE (Centre of Excellence).
Draft internal communications related to total reward changes/updates and coordinate with Employee Engagement COE for distribution.
Perform job evaluation/grading, benchmarking, and internal parity checks cyclically or upon request.
Requirements:
Extensive knowledge of total reward practices, HR & payroll processes, and applicable laws.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Highly numerical and meticulous in detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Proficient with Workday or similar HRIS platform and workflow processes.
Education and Experience:
Required:
Associate degree in HR or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in HR and/or benefits administration.
Advanced Excel skills.
SARA accreditation.
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
