Telecom Consultant

Infosys is seeking a Principal Consultant with Cisco Licensing Domain and Commerce Domain experience.
This position would need deep program and project management experience and the ability to implement sophisticated initiatives successfully with high-value outcomes, stakeholder engagement, alignment, change management, and communication. This position would need excellent collaboration, communication, writing skills, initiative, curiosity, and get excited about driving important work in partnership with leadership. Evaluate program progress and results against program objectives, create or reengineer processes, tools and/or structure to improve productivity and overall program outcomes. Collaborate with the various Program leads within the team to actively exchange information, decisions and conduct interlock sessions. Work on multiple programs in parallel in a fast-paced environment. Communicate status on ongoing programs to partners and senior management.

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of San Ramon, CA or be willing to relocate to the area prior to Onboarding. This position may require travel in the US.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• 13+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in software, Licensing, Smart licensing, Cisco Licensing Central, Cisco Commerce, Renewals, Entitlement Base, Install Base, NRT, Cisco E2E Order life cycle with new product introduction experience.
• Proven ability to prioritize, lead, and manage multiple projects under deadline pressure.
• Proficiency with process management and collaboration tools, such as Jira, Rally, Confluence, and SharePoint.
• Experience in facilitating continuous improvement and supporting senior leaders in cross-functional environments.

• Experience with SaaS products and Agile development methodologies would be a plus.
• Experience with Development/Support on Elasticsearch and Kibana is a plus.
• Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams.
• Experience managing team size of 15-20 would be a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
