Your role
In the role of Technology Lead, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. You will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

Responsibilities .
  • Gathering requirements and translating to the end product as a MVP as per customer needs which involves The designing, coding, testing and documentation of software system change in order to deliver business value to the customer following agreed standards and tools. Includes the review of system change work with others. Typically will be performed in a sprint taking well defined stories as input with output being the tested change to the impacted system(s) with associated test cases (captured for future regression use) and associated changes to the solution documentation.
  • Guiding junior developers
Skills Required
  • Web application design and development in ASP.Net core, and API integration from Front End framework
  • Good knowledge in SQL and ADO.NET
  • Good understanding of the Azure platform to create new resources (SQL servers, databases, Azure app services)
  • Solid understanding of cloud security concepts and implementation of different types of authentication methods in APIs, Web Apps and Sql
  • Azure DevOps experience - Create and manage GIT and code versioning, build CI/CD pipelines and test plans
  • Knowledge/experience of multi-cloud/system and Azure purview
  • Implementation of Automation framework (knowledge of languages like .Net)
  • Knowledge of Entity Framework, challenging SQL scripts and query plan tuning is more than nice-to-have
  • Should be able to manage IIS and Windows Server background services.
  • Good knowledge on Git
  • Unit testing
  • Knowledge on API development and micro-services architecture is an added advantage.
  • Analyzing user requirements, envisioning system features and functionality
  • Application migration to Azure cloud
  • Identify bottlenecks and bugs and recommend system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of custom development.
  • Understand Architecture Requirements and ensure effective Design, Development, Validation and Support activities.
  • Passion for performance, accessibility, and reliability improvements
  • Familiar with DevOps, Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment
  • A solid background in Computer Science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, and deftness at object-oriented design and systems architecture
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills
  • Handson experience working on Agile Methodology (Agile Scrum), Story Point estimations , must be able to participate in all Scrum meetings
Preferred
  • Should have excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
  • Should be excellent planner when it comes to perform release planning and other delivery planning.
  • Should have excellent problem-solving skills
