Your role
In the role of Technical Test lead , you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create innovative high quality and defect-free solutions to meet our clients' business needs. Required
Technology:
- Talent should possess over 8 years of hands-on Test Automation experience using Specflow with .Net, C# and Playwright following BDD/TDD methodology.
- Basic C# and .net programming
- Talent should be able to understand different layers of a .Net and C# based application. Such as API's, services etc.
- Talent should be able to understand Object oriented programming concepts.
- Talent should be able to use code repos such as GIT, ADO and TFS. They should be able to checkout, make changes and check in the .net code to repository.
- Good Expertise on Jenkins/ ADO & Git branching strategy.
- Talent should be able to understand and create CI/CD pipeline using JavaScript or Python
- Hands on experience in maintaining test scripts on Azure DevOps or TFS of any test management tool.
- Talent should have good understanding of different types of applications such as web based, thick client and products etc.
- Talent should have clear understanding of databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, and data models.
- Talent should understand .net design patterns such as MVVM, MVC etc.
- Talent should be able to analyze the given scenario and come up with the test approach.
- Problem solving skills. Talent should have ability to solve the problem and situation applying his knowledge and skills.
- Talent should be able to resolve conflicts of interest in the team.
- Talent should be able to challenge if the person opposite is wrong.
- Ability to speak to customer: Talent should be able to speak to Product owner and understand the requirements by asking right questions.
- A test automation expert who has worked on Energy Trading and risk management applications.
- Talent with Technical and hands-on Test Automation experience using Specflow with .Net, C# & Playwright by following BDD/TDD methodology.
- Talent with abilities to analyze and come up with appropriate automation strategies by applying his knowledge and expertise to support our customer's needs.
- Talent with ability to adjust in continuously evolving projects and work with a team which is focused on next generation testing technologies.
