Knowledge and Skills Preferred :
The applicant should have 6+ years of product management or product development experience, with a proven track record of delivering products with a customer-first mindset, emphasising the following areas:
Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success managing the development and utilisation of technology, emphasising the following areas:
- Managing projects by defining and achieving project outcomes and meeting project key performance metric targets;
- Effectively manage product backlogs and steer development
- Gather feature requirements from multiple stakeholders and groups
- Effectively prioritise and champion the voice of the customer to achieve commercial outcomes

- Take ownership of timelines and reporting
- Utilising and applying into projects knowledge of IT implementation and maintenance, learning initiatives, operations reporting, metrics, marketing and communications;
- Exploring new technologies & assembling and managing product teams by working closely with engineering team and stakeholders;
- Proven experience in requirement gathering, ability to interact with PwC leadership and Stakeholders, SME's.
- Ability to write business requirement documents in a design ready state for the Development team.
- Working with the development team, by creating and managing a product roadmap;
- Prioritising new features/development and establishing execution is completed;
- Producing visual prototype and functional prototypes with agile approaches;
- Demonstrating flexibility by working to define requirements while simultaneously designing for those requirements and user acceptance criteria;
- Responsibility for a majority of day to day communications as the primary interface with the upstream & downstream dependencies
- Responsible to deliver User Guides & help manuals to the end users
- Translating product features into well-defined user stories and acceptance test criteria;
- Owning, prioritising, and maintaining the product backlog for assigned products;
- Drafting and iterating user stories in the product backlog with the scrum team;
- Managing epics, features, and user stories to be completed by delivery teams aligned to the product's vision;
- Collaborating with the Product Management team on roadmap prioritisation;
- Coordinating with the Tech Lead & Architects on priorities, approach, and delivery, while driving alignment with delivery teams;
- Applying knowledge of cloud infrastructure, microservices architecture, application programming interfaces (APIs), and enterprise cloud provider capabilities (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP);
- Engaging in thoughtful, articulate, and persuasive verbal and written communication; and,
- Applying analytics and reporting tools to articulate metrics, insights, and opportunities.
