In this pivotal role, you will operate at the intersection of business and technology, defining functional design by merging a comprehensive understanding of business objectives and challenges with innovative technology solutions. You will oversee the design, build, and operation of our integrated data and analytics solutions for financial, external, and operational data as the organization embarks on an ambitious transformational agenda for Medtech.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vision & Strategy Definition: Collaborate with leadership to formulate a forward-looking finance business vision, strategy, capabilities roadmaps, and corresponding technology and product roadmaps with substantial decision-making authority.
- Business Problem Definition: Understand and translate business challenges faced by the planning and forecasting finance functions into a value proposition and a holistic set of solutions encompassing process, technology, data, governance, and user experience, supported by clearly defined key performance indicators for value realization.
- External Insights: Analyze and understand external trends and insights related to planning, forecasting, finance processes, and technology to provide strategic foresight.
- Solution Design: Ensure that product development incorporates an experimental approach to validate expected impacts, leverages human-centered design, embraces agile principles, incorporates external insights, and engages in necessary end-to-end process optimizations and compliance.
- Value Realization: Define the anticipated value impact of investments in employee experience, functional excellence, efficiency, and compliance.
- Internal Partnerships: Partner with Business Process Owner teams and finance and technology staff across all stages of product development, from inception to value realization and continuous improvement, while effectively communicating progress towards strategic objectives.
- Product Management: Collaborate with product management teams to ensure that roadmaps are aligned with finance business strategies, technology strategies, value creation objectives, and measurable key performance indicators.
- External Partnerships: Engage with vendor partners throughout product development, learning and applying best practices.
This role is designed to provide substantial developmental experience in producing insight-led strategies, crafting innovative technology solutions, promoting experimentation, agile methodologies, intellectual curiosity, empathy, team leadership, and human-centered design. A natural collaborator with a strong leadership presence and the ability to influence results and foster a sense of collective team engagement is essential.
Reporting Structure:
You will report to the Technical Product Owner - IBP/SC and partner closely with P&F, FS&T, CFIN, DDGR,Master Data and the broader technology organization to maximize the transformational potential of technology investments.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of in-depth experience in Data Modeling, including significant experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- 10+ years of experience in implementing and maintaining Data Management and Reporting solutions.
- Proven track record in large-scale ERP implementations, ideally with SAP S/4HANA.
- 3+ years of people management experience.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain or Finance processes
Preferred:
- 2+ years of experience with SAP PAPM.
- Experience in fostering methodologies and cultures that promote high-performing teams.
- Proficiency with JIRA and SDLC.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $100,000- $172,500.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
