Infosys is seeking a Technical Business Analyst - Infosys is seeking strong Business Systems Analyst with good experience in requirement analysis, system architecture, test automation, and API testing. Who can adapt at gathering business needs, creating detailed API documentation and architecture diagrams, and ensuring seamless system integration through automated testing frameworks using Selenium, RestAssured, and Cucumber.
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Charlotte, NC or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.
Required Qualification.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• At least 2 years of Information Technology experience.
• Gathering business needs, creating detailed API documentation and architecture diagrams, and ensuring seamless system integration through automated testing frameworks using Selenium, RestAssured, and Cucumber.
• Experience in API documentation, including request/response structures, authentication methods, and error handling.
• Experience with Visio, Lucidchart, or Draw.io.
• Experience leveraging SQL and BI tools to extract, analyze, and visualize data, enabling data-driven decision-making.
Preferred Skills.
• Managing and creating docs and architecture diagrams for cabling fieldOps domain.
• Experience with Java, Core java, HTML, and CSS. JSON, XML, JavaScript.
• Experience in Confluence (wiki), JIRA, SharePoint, Application Life Cycle Management (ALM), JIRA.
• Experience in Selenium WebDriver, Postman, JUnit, TestNG, Swagger, Appium.
• Experience in MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, SQL Developer, and MS-Access, MongoDB.
• Strong communication and Analytical skills.
• Ability to drive technical meetings at client side.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
